Real transformation begins when we dare to step away from the familiar, when we have the courage to lose sight of the shore.
Travel has always been part of my story and the first time I flew internationally on my own, I was just seven years old. Long before stepping away from corporate life, I was drawn to new places, cultures, and perspectives. But this recent chapter of traveling felt different: slower, more intentional, and deeply personal.
I traveled not with a set itinerary, but with a curiosity to reconnect with myself, with others, and with what truly matters. From peaceful natural settings, mountain trails, and coastal paths to cities steeped in history, I discovered that transformation often happens in the quiet moments when we pause and simply allow ourselves to be.
Letting go of the familiar opened the door to a deeper clarity. It was in those moments of uncertainty and wonder that I began to feel the most grounded and free. These experiences continue to shape the way I now hold space in my sessions —present, open, and without judgment.
One small but constant companion on this journey was a coffee mug, which made it into many of my photos. Find glimpses of this journey (and the mug) on Instagram and Facebook.
Traveling has expanded my perspective beyond the habits and limitations that often shape our lives. It continues to teach me to embrace change, trust the unknown, and move forward—one step at a time.
